Accessibility at church@five

We want church@five to be a place where everyone can come, belong and take part.
We meet at the Green Man Community Centre, which has step-free access, an accessible toilet, and parking directly outside the building. There is space for wheelchairs and mobility scooters, and you are welcome to sit wherever works best for you.
Our services follow a similar pattern each week, so there is a sense of familiarity about what is coming next. We also have colouring and activity sheets available for everyone, not just children, if having something to do with your hands helps you listen or concentrate.
We know that accessibility is about much more than getting through the door. Our services are relaxed and informal, and it is absolutely fine to move around, come in and out, use ear defenders, bring something to help you concentrate, or take a break when you need to.
If English is not your first language, we are currently trialling Breeze Translate to help make church@five easier to follow and take part in. Please ask any of the team if you would like help using it.

Any of our team are happy to help, so if there is anything you need, just ask. If you would rather tell us beforehand, you can get in touch with us through the church@five website, and we will be happy to talk through anything that would make coming along easier for you: churchatfive.org.

No one needs to fit a particular mould to be part of church@five. Come as you are.
